The creation time for most of our rag quilts is seven (7) days. Our baby rag quilts usually take three (3) days to create. Rag quilts and rag quilt gifts will be sent out to you via USPS or UPS. The shipping will be calculated during the checkout process. Crafty Quilt includes delivery confirmation on all of your quilt purchases free of charge. This is to ensure your receive date.

Your quilts and other items will be packed securely and with great care. All rag quilts and rag quilt merchandise will be washed and dried once to begin the ragging process.  Rag quilts will become softer and fluffier with each washing.

There are no cash refunds on our custom rag quilts or custom rag quilt merchandise. Exchanges are welcome on custom quilt orders IF certain criteria are met.

Rag quilt or rag quilt merchandise must be returned at customers expense within 7 days. Item must be returned in pristine condition.

We must be notified of your intent to return for exchange within 24 hours of receipt and before the item is sent back.
There must be a legitimate reason for the return.

IE:
quilt was in wrong color
quilt was in wrong size
quilt was not in fabric requested.
